Decking the gallery hall

Art History graduate students Amanda Beattie and Amanda York donned the white gloves to hang an exhibit at the Faculty of Fine Arts (FOFA) Gallery in the EV Complex. This piece is part of a show curated by 15 students of Art History professor Loren Lerner. Half-Seen Through Interlaced Branches was devised in Lerner’s seminar and explores nationality and identity in Canadian art and our diverse relationships to place. The show draws from the collection of the Leonard and Ellen Bina Gallery. The vernissage is on Dec. 8 from 5 to 7 p.m., and the show runs until Jan 5.
