The Long-Service Reception is a big thank-you to employees for their many years of dedicated service, and it’s always heart-warming. It took place May 1 at the Oscar Peterson Concert Hall.
President Michael Di Grappa said employees’ loyalty and passion are key to Concordia’s reputation for humanity. “It’s remarkable what lengths people will go to help one another.”
Arriving in the nick of time from the airport, Board Chair Peter Kruyt pulled out all the stops to attend because he agrees with Di Grappa that it’s one of best events at the university.
