Deep concentration is displayed by this student as he makes final touches to his team’s entry in the 24th annual Troitsky Bridge Building Competition, which rounded out the activities during National Engineering Week at Concordia on March 14. The winner this year — the strongest and most original bridge constructed of popsicle sticks and glue — was from Cégep de Chicoutimi, followed by Carleton and Ryerson Universities. Concordia’s team placed a respectable 10th in a field of 26.
